Store Manager wanted for our fab London Boutique!


Become Naturalmat's new shop manager and run our store in Notting Hill! 

Naturalmat are currently looking for a new store manager to join our fantastic team and manage our London boutique. So if you have a passion for Naturalmat products and would love to work for us then read ahead to find out if you have what it takes... 

The ideal candidate will have previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in store management, excellent organisational skills, be enthusiastic, self motivated and ready to use their initiative. 

The scope of the job includes sales, customer service, merchandising and administrative responsibilities, including telephone and in store order processing. 

The following other tasks will be the responsibility of the Shop Manager: 

Providing excellent customer service and product information 
Ensuring shop display looks attractive, organised and branded at all times 
Maintaining reports to forward to head office 
Raise purchase orders with suppliers and tracking sales 
Sourcing and suggesting new products and ranges to keep the 
store fully stocked with great products 
Undertaking stock checks on a monthly basis 
Drive customers to the shop by carrying out marketing in the local area 
Taking telephone orders for mail order and Internet customers as well 
as all shop orders - this includes processing all paperwork relating to 
orders, pack and dispatch and all customer payments. 
Answering customer enquiries and/or any problems/complaints. 
Providing general office administrative assistance. 
Opening and running shop on Saturdays. 
Manage trade accounts and ensure good relations through promptly resolving 
any problems 

Salary dependant on experience; to be discussed at interview stage.
