We're hiring! Online Marketing Manager needed to manage our marketing campaigns, websites, social media and more.


Scope of employment

The scope of the job will include all aspects of online promotion and day to day management of structure and content of, www.naturalmatmarine and All of these tasks will be carried out in close association and liaison with the Directors. The following specific roles are the responsibility of the Online Marketing Manager.

1) Process orders generated through the website and update product information on site.
2) Community/Social Marketing campaign – develop a community for Natural Mat customers and enquirers so that they are constantly updated on all aspects of Naturalmat through various social marketing activities including Facebook, Twitter and Blogging.
3) Produce and upload content for the online environment, including the Naturalmat blog, Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as other sites and blogs etc.
4) Drive online and offline PR – production and distribution of press releases to all relevant targets, in association with external public relations company.
5) To assist in driving sales online and increase online sales to meet with aggressive sales budgets, through innovative marketing ideas.
6) Coordinate acquisition of electronic data, email content and dedicated electronic mailing campaigns. Alongside CRM and database management of in house database. Design and broadcasting of regular emails to own database of customers.
7) Implementation of measures to improve site content, visibility of site and natural listings amongst the major search engines – this will be conducted under the direction of the management and external expertise.
8) Search Engine Optimisation – to undertake tasks to optimise the site, including submission on a regular basis to the major search engines. It will also be necessary to carry out a review of the external supply of this task.
9) Pay per Click- To assist with external company running PPC campaigns.
10) Research – all aspects of our online offer and online customer recruitment.
11) Online Advertising – to develop campaign of online adverts to improve brand awareness and recruit new customers.
12) Record Monthly Online Stats and coordinate online sales reporting.
13) Action and implement all aspects of website amendments through CMS including site content, products, pricing, images and design.

Other Responsibilities

As we are still a small business, your duties will also include day to day business tasks, such as sales, order processing and customer service both online and offline, as well as office administrative tasks.

Experience Required

While the company will endeavour to provide as much training as possible throughout the employment, any candidate who comes to the job with any or all of the following experience/skill sets will be to their advantage:

Any graphic design/web design skills such as Photoshop etc.
Competent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs.
Google Analytics experience.
PR experience – any experience of public relations to assist in spread the word about our brand.
Sales experience – working within either retail or e-tail environments
