We've come across a super simple, all natural snack recipe that was too good not to share, courtesy of the Zakka Life blog - shamrock crisps!
Just spinach tortilla wraps and a sprinkling of sea salt, oven baked for 7-10 minutes - we'd serve this up with a fresh greek yogurt, cucumber and organic mint dip.
Of course, these don't have to be reserved just for St Patrick's Day. Opt for an organic wholegrain or seeded tortilla, change the cookie cutter shape to fit around other occasions, serve with different dips and there you go - healthy, homemade baked crisps suitable for all the family.
